The great TiVo PVR records all the TV I could possibly want, but I sometimes still look at the TV guide to see if it’s worth getting up from sitting at the PC. Of course there are various TV Guide websites, but none of that is as convenient as a single click popup in your browser.
Here’s a Chrome / Firefox addon I wrote to show TV Listings with a single click:
V 1.0
Features
- View now and next TV listings with a single click
- Shows 20 most popular channels
Coming soon
- Searching and reminders
- Customisable channel list
Get it yourself direct from:
and for chrome:
UK TV Times for Chrome
Youtube video
was willing to try(& signup)but like lot of these things only available within UK.
Good app but I live in Scotland not London so ITV+1 London is no good to people in Scotland app needs other regions apart from London programs in Scotland are different from London, in central Scotland it is STV1 & STV+1 and BBC1 Scotland, would be better if you were able to select your local region but still good app apart from this problem many thanks.
No way the icon shows up in addon bar.
Firefox 29
Hi
Sorry, but it doesn’t work for any channels here in Norway.
Tried bbc1 and bbc2 today, but all I get is this message:
BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only. Find out why.
If you are in the UK and see this message please read this advice.
tried this with firefox, i pissed about with this for 15 mins ,, it dont appear in the menu or toolbar or even anywhere..FAKE
hi
it DEFINETLY does NOT appear in addon bar!!
icon does not show in addon bar
Couldn’t get this to show up anywhere, on the addon bar, not through customization or any procedure.
Maybe it was OK on previous versions of Firefox but not on v.47
Hi,
Just looking at the app and all seems ok except for one minor issue. When watching BBC 1, people’s voices sound like they have been speeded up like chipmunks. Any ideas?
Thanks
